In early December 2024, hospitals across southeastern Ontario transitioned to a new health information system to enhance regional care and coordination.
However, this important upgrade has temporarily delayed the delivery of some imaging reports. Specifically, reports from KHSC and the surrounding hospitals for tests on or after December 7th may take longer to reach us.
If you had a test at one of the hospitals during this time and have not yet received your results, please rest assured this delay is temporary. We are working closely with our hospital partners and their teams to resolve these delays quickly.
